Colin is a seasoned communications strategist and writer with almost 30 years of experience spanning public relations, publishing, digital & social media, branding, and advertising & marketing. His multidisciplinary background gives him with a 360° perspective that aligns communications strategy with business objectives.
As a speaker and trainer, Colin is known for his deep insights into how communications and branding drive both organisational performance and personal success. He has addressed audiences across five continents, and has earned praise for his practical, forward-thinking perspectives rooted in strategy and human psychology.
Colin’s writing expertise lies in high-profile and impactful content. He has crafted speeches, white papers, reports, and thought leadership for global brands including Accenture, Seagate, LexisNexis, PersolKelly, and key public agencies like Invest Selangor and Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA). His also supports business and government leaders, and subject matter experts in their communications.
His own thought leadership has been featured in Leaderonomics, Nagaoka Review (Japan), and other respected platforms, and is recognised for his clarity, depth, and relevance.

Andy is a distinguished strategic communications professional with with deep experience in both communications and consulting. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Perspective Strategies, an award-winning strategic communications firm.
Under Andy’s leadership, Perspective Strategies has garnered numerous accolades, including multiple Gold Awards at the Public Relations Global Network (PRGN) Global Best Practice Awards and the prestigious “Campaign of the Year” at the Malaysia Public Relations Awards.
A sought-after speaker and trainer, Andy regularly conducts media spokesperson training for C-suite executives and shares insights on strategic communications, emerging trends, and industry best practices at conferences and forums in Malaysia and overseas.
Andy has held prominent industry leadership roles, serving as the President of PRCA Malaysia and as the first Asian President of PRGN. In these capacities, he has championed best practices, talent development, and the advancement of the communications profession both locally and internationally.
Business Development Director
Melisa has over a decade’s experience in agency and corporate communications. She has worked with international agencies such as Ogilvy and H+K Strategies, leading a portfolio of local and multinational clients in diverse industries.
Subsequently, Melisa joined Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad where she was responsible for the marketing and communication initiatives across the group’s entities. She was also the Head of Group Corporate Communications at QSR Brands, responsible for the communications function across Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei.
